A wedding coordinator is the person who coordinates and oversees the work of all of these service providers on the wedding day. It is important to contact the wedding coordinator at least two weeks before the wedding. This person will present the bride’s bouquet to the groom, make sure that everyone involved arrives on time, that there is enough parking space and much more. After the wedding ceremony, the coordinator will guide the guests to sprinkle the newlyweds with rose petals, organize a reception and entertainment for the guests while the newlyweds are busy with the photo shoot. The coordinator will arrange guests’ place cards on the tables and assist each guest in finding their place. He or she will oversee the work of the waiters, coordinate the serving of the hot dishes, receive the wedding cake and greet the invited performers. If necessary, the coordinator can even take care of the payment of these service providers.

The wedding coordinator is a great help for the parents of the newlyweds. This person allows parents to enjoy their children’s wedding instead of being constantly preoccupied with various issues. The coordinator gives valuable advice, helps to follow traditions correctly, organize the wedding procession, bless the children and greet the newlyweds appropriately with a caravan reception. The coordinator also encourages them with encouraging words.
