When you think of Venice, you think of romance, history, and timeless beauty. But what we were able to experience exceeded all imagination: a three-day wedding with a multi-million dollar budget, organized by world-renowned event planner Toni Breiss – the man who also oversaw the wedding of one of Donald Trump’s daughters and whose Instagram community consists of 2.9 million followers. And right in the middle of it all: us, the Fasol team in Venice.
The bride and groom live in Dubai – but for this special moment, they and their guests traveled from all over the world. Among them were personalities from television, ballet, gastronomy, and international business. A guest list like something out of a movie – and that’s exactly how it felt.
Each of the three days had its own theme. The opening night took place on a mysteriously staged lagoon island – with flying acrobats over the water, live music, and a dinner under the stars. On the second day, we led the guests through an emotionally charged ceremony in a historic Venetian villa. Our team was not only able to tell the bride and groom’s story, but also helped shape this moment full of authenticity, elegance, and emotion – trilingually, of course.
And then the crowning finale: the gala evening in a palazzo that was completely remodeled for the occasion. Crystal chandeliers floated above meter-long tables decorated with orchids. The spectacle was crowned by a hologram show, a light choreography the likes of which we have rarely seen, even at international events – and a wedding cake that was not only multi-tiered, but architecturally reminiscent of a Venetian cathedral.

It’s moments like these that we cherish. When entertainment meets excellence. When every detail is perfect – from the timing of the music to the last petal on the bridal table. As the Fasol team, we were responsible for hosting the festivities – from the first words of welcome to the final dance. And we were privileged to experience how worlds merge: the personal with the magnificent, the intimate with the spectacular.
