You can spend a fairytale morning alone or invite your closest relatives – mother, sister, best friend. Choose the option that is most convenient for you. This is the most important landmark! However, if you need sudden help, the support of a familiar person will be very useful, says Natalia.
Buy a delicate set of lingerie for the morning photo shoot: a bathrobe, a dressing gown and underwear. Choose a composition made of quality materials and of the right size, taking comfort into account. It is important to feel incredibly attractive and confident in these clothes. Your appearance should trigger a “WOW state” in you.
In the evening or in the morning, before the photographer arrives, prepare the elements of your wedding look: hang up the dress and veil, put on the shoes, lay out jewelry and other important details of the celebration that you are going to the want to capture photos.
Natalia has a very important tip for you: A good and restful night’s sleep of at least 7-8 hours contributes to a good and energetic morning for the bride. Before the expected day, it can be difficult to fall asleep, so a relaxing oil massage, a hot bath with lavender essential oil, or a light jog in the fresh air can help you eliminate your excitement and stop the flow of thoughts. Try to go to bed no later than 11:00 p.m.

A full breakfast is always the key to an active day. On such an important day, don’t limit yourself to a cup of tea or coffee for breakfast. A porridge of whole grains with nuts and dried fruits, a nutritious smoothie or 3-4 fresh fruits will give you energy while not adding unnecessary bulk to your stomach. Avoid fried foods, refined sugar and dairy, and meat products on this holiday morning — such foods can make you feel sleepy again, according to Natalia Chet.
After creating harmony within, it’s time to work on your appearance. Relax and enjoy the preparations. Discuss the plan for the shoot with your photographer in advance: details of the wedding outfit, breakfast, preparations – in underwear, in the dress, with friends, parents, etc. Let your loved ones help you put on your wedding dress and veil. Complete your look with your favorite fragrance. And then it’s off to your future husband!
